Synopsis:
Many years later, a group of InGen scientists discovers a way to summon dinosaurs and use them for battle and as companions, without causing havoc. They extract dinosaur DNAs, press them into cards and use them along with a scanner to summon them. Suddenly, the lab was attacked by a group of unknown gun-wielding men. The scientists were attacked and killed, except for one. The last remaining scientist brings four cards and two scanners away from the lab, as he searches for safety from the men. He arrives at his home, and stores the cards and the scanners inside a high-security safe. A few days later, the scientist sends an email to a boy and a girl, who are the descendants of Alan Grant and Sarah Harding respectvely to come to the scientists house to try on the scanners and save mankind and dinosaurs

She is a gymnast, and a pro at acrobatics and swinging on uneven bars. She is pretty friendly to boys, and has a habit of stretching her arms up. She is always seen with her hair tied into twintails, but sometimes she lets her hair down. Her most favorite food are fruits and desserts and her least favorite food are fast food and soda. Her favorite dinosaur is Pachycephalosaurus. She has an Animantarx as her starter dinosaur. Her pink hair symbolizes the rock button in Dinosaur King

Dylan Grant (ディラン・グラント)

The son of Alan Grant, the main character of Jurassic Park and Jurassic Park III. A kuudere and stylish 19-year old boy from Wyoming. He likes to dress like his father, and promises to continue his father's job as a paleontologist. He is the one who sent the letter to Yukina to come to the InGen Lab. He is interested in dinosaurs, as well as other prehistoric creatures. He is also a curious boy, and likes to venture to dangerous places, even thoigh Yukina told him not to go there. His most favorite food is beef steak and his least favorite food are vegetables and prunes. His favorite dinosaur is Tyrannosaurus rex. He has a Lythronax as his starter dinosaur. His blue hair symbolizes the paper button in Dinosaur King

Hannah Grady (ハンナ・グラディ)

The daughter of Owen Grady, the main character of Jurassic World. A shy and bashful 15-year old girl from Oregon. She is a bookworm, and likes to visit libraries and bookstores. She gets flustered easily and dislikes being touched inappropriately. Despite her shyness, she is a kind girl and acts like a mother to her friends. She is shot in the chest by Ookami and dies, which gives Dylan hatred to Blue Hawk Organization. Her most favorite food is sandwich and her least favorite food is walnuts. Her favorite dinosaur is Velociraptor, like her father. She has a Probactrosaurus as her starter dinosaur, which becomes Dylan's dinosaur after her death. Her yellow/blonde hair symbolizes the scissor button in Dinosaur King

Owen Grady is the main character and an on-site staff member at Jurassic World. He conducts behavioral research on the park's resident Velociraptors. Now, he's a 67-year old man and Hannah's father. After Hannah's death, he can be seen crying over his death daughter. He also gives access to the Indominus rex event if the player has the ticket purchased from the online event

The red-haired Blue Hawk admin. He is a foul-mouthed and bloodthirsty man, and uses an Ingram MAC-10 to kill people. He thinks that people has destroyed the beautiful landscape of the canyons and turned them into mines. However, Hannah prevents Ookami from killing the miners and she gets shot in the chest. This makes Dylan mad and gives him hatred to Blue Hawk Organization. Ookami uses a Blue Albertosaurus, an Albertosaurus altered using Blue Hawk's virus. His red hair represents the fire element, and his name means Wolf in Japanese

The teal-haired Blue Hawk admin. She is an arrogant and cold-hearted girl. She thinks that people has polluted and destroyed the oceans and turned them into cities and oil rigs, as well as capturing its inhabitants as food and pets. She is sharp-tongued and dislikes boys, like Dylan. She refers boys as "plebeians". Kamasu uses a Blue Nemegtosaurus, a Nemegtosaurus altered using Blue Hawk's virus. Her teal hair represents the water element, and her name means Barracuda in Japanese

Spider (スパイダー)

The purple-haired Blue Hawk admin. He is a perverted and suave man. He thinks that people has cut down the forests for paper and furnitures. He often uses English words in his dialogs, however he hails from Poland. He often seduces Yukina and says some sexual connotations to her, which makes Dylan even madder and kicks Spider in his belly. Spider uses a Blue Sarcolestes, a Sarcolestes altered using Blue Hawk's virus. His purple hair represents the earth element, and his name says its all as he is given an English name due to his foreign origins

The white-haired Blue Hawk admin. A precocious teenager boy who is twins with Kamakiri. He thinks that people has destroyed the savannah and turned them into cities and houses. He and Kamakiri challenges Yukina and Dylan to a tag battle. Hayabusa uses a Blue Deltadromeus, a Deltadromeus altered using Blue Hawk's virus. His white hair represents the air element, and his name means Falcon in Japanese

The green-haired Blue Hawk admin. An over-protective young girl who is twins with Hayabusa. She thinks that people has hunted all of the animals  in the savannah for sports. She and Hayabusa challenges Yukina and Dylan to a tag battle. Kamakiri uses a Blue Kangnasaurus, a Kangnasaurus altered using Blue Hawk's virus. Her blue hair represents the grass element, and her name means Mantis in Japanese

Tokage (トカゲ)

The gray-haired and gold-masked Blue Hawk admin. An arrogant and selfish man who used to be the CEO of Blue Hawk, before he is dethroned by Markus Nedry. He has an ability to brainwash people using his psychic powers, which he uses to brainwash Dylan/Yukina, turning them into Aqua/Zol. Actually, Tokage is a wanted criminal known as Collins, who used to work on another terrorist group before the events of Dinosaur King: Arena Prehistorika. Tokage uses a Blue Regaliceratops, a Regaliceratops Blue Hawk's virus. His gold mask represents the lightning element, and his name means Lizard in Japanese

Aqua/Zol (アクア/ゾール)
Voiced by: Arthur Lounsbery/Atsumi Tanezaki
Dylan/Yukina who is brainwashed by Tokage to work for Blue Hawk. His/her mission is to destroy an oil rig located off the coast of Australia. Aqua has a Deinonychus, while Zol has a Pachycephalosaurus, which both of these are obtainable after beating them as Yukina/Dylan

Markus Nedry (マルクス・ネドリー)

The son of Dennis Nedry, the programmer in Jurassic Park who is secretly a BioSyn spy. He is the CEO of Blue Hawk Organization, an eco-terrorist who plans to wipe out the human population using a mutating virus in order to restore the ecosystem. He is very cruel and misuses dinosaurs for his own good. He uses two dinosaurs mutated using other dinosaur DNAs: Australis and Miaplacidus
